The Parent Teacher Council, which is the governing body for Annunciation Austin, holds regular meetings to handle school and community business. The PTC is made up of representatives from every family. The board consists of our Director of Education, our Schoenstatt Father, as well as a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These latter positions are nominated and elected by PTC members each year.
Areas of Responsibility
- Coordination of events, including spiritual & fundraising
- Communication, including the website & online groups
- Budgeting and managing financial policies & operations
- Formally representing the school at outside meetings
